Office Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to wait until the next available open time slot. If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

 

Please give 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment your session will be lost if using a voucher or a $35 fee will be charged for all other clients.

 

We do not confirm appointments the day before. Please make sure your appointment is programmed into your phone or placed in an area where you will be reminded.

 

Any no-shows will result in a lost session if using a voucher or a $35 no-show fee will be charged for all other clients.

 

You must not be on anti-biotics or any other photo-sensitive medication for at least 10 days prior to getting a laser treatment.

 

You must not be in direct sunlight 2 weeks before and after a laser treatment.

 

Areas to be treated must be completely shaven the night before your appointment every time you come in. We do not shave in the office because it delays treatment and the laser tends to irritate the skin.

 

If your pain tolerance is low, please take a pain reliever 30 minutes before your session and/or apply a numbing cream 1 hour before your session.

 

Please do not put lotions, crèmes or topical medications on the area to be treated. Please remove all make-up and lotions from your body before arriving to your appointment.

 

REFUND POLICY:

There are no refunds for any product or service once payment has been made and/or service performed. All service, sales, and gift cards are final. All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed.
